Hey! Thanks so much for your replies! Stage 1 was incredibly easy as it is using the meal replacement shakes & clear soups. Stage 2 I made a large pot of vegetable soup, blended it to a pulp. Split it in 2 lots. 1st lot I made bolognese mince using low fat minced beef and a pasta sauce. Cooked as normal then blended to a pulp and added to 1 lot of vegetable soup - high vitamins, and very nutritional! The 2nd lot I made a beef stroganoff with mushrooms and stroganoff gravy, blended to a pulp then added to the vegetable soup. These lasted me very well as I froze them in very small 1/4 to 1/2 cup lots. I also found that I was unable to drink plain water so I mixed 1/2 a cup of low sugar apple juice with 1c of water. This had been incredibly helpful with getting enough fluids each day.
