Good luck Big G.
I was sleeved 2011, lost 60kg, regained 30kg - was bypassed just over 2 weeks ago.
I hope you lose the extra that you would like to lose.
I am hoping to lose at least 40 more kgs, I've lost 13 since pre-op diet and bypass.
All the best.

All the best Big G.  Haven't had my op (next week), but I've got the following stocked up at home.

Beneprotein - I figure I'll add some to anything I drink.
Yakult
Optifast/Kickstart shakes.
Chicken noodle soup (I'll strain out the noodles)
Apple Juice
Chobani yoghurt - to mix with skim and a flavoured protein powder someone gave me.
Jelly.
Junket tablets.
Gastrolyte iceblocks.
Diet cordial

Wow Big G you are certainly game to do it a second time. Can I be rude and ask, could they so a second sleeve because the first one was bigger than they are now, or was it because it had stretched enough since they did the first one?

I know that you can stretch the stomach but I did not know that it could be stretched enough for a second sleeve, I thought the next step was a gastric bypass?

Wishing you every success with your weight loss.

Greetings all. Just wanted to say hello.
I had my sleeve done in 2008. Lost 100kgs and put on 30kgs in the following years. Last week on the 8th I had my second sleeve performed with a view of getting rid of the last 70kgs I want to lose. Looking forward to the new journey. I can tell you how much I am looking forward to a hot cuppa !!
I am 4 days post op and out of date with what sleevers are doing for diet so close to surgery. Would love some ideas.
