I'm only 10 weeks out, so can't answer all your questions, but what I can tell you is that I'm feeling great! I'm down almost 20kg, 12 more till goal. The adjustment period for me was not easy, but now I'm past that, I'm going great. Getting used to the sleeve life. I think plenty of research is a good thing, it's a huge decision and major surgery so you need to know all the ins and outs. It was hard for me at the start to get used to the idea of eating so little, but I'm getting into the swing of things now.

Hi everyone. I am about to have my first surgeon appointment next week. I am so keen but really nervous. Has anyone ever regretted their decision to have a sleeve? Has anyone put weight back on? How has it effected your life in general?? I have researched so much and scared I might be over thinking it?
