Can a Perthie stick their nose in here and say dont forget Jillybean and Bruce have moved to your end of the world. They are the bestest fun you will every have. Once they have settled in you need to rope them in to come down from the sunshine coast for a good time. They will travel for fun that I am sure of :)

We miss them soooooooooooooooo sooooooooooooooo much already from all the fun times here in Perth :(

So dont waste a good thing scoop em up and make them welcome :)

I'm such a twit. Was lying in bed last night thinking about how good it will be to go to a meeting when I suddenly remembered that my girls have Hockey on Saturday Mornings till 11.30 down the Gold Coast. Because they have been on break for two weeks over Easter I totally forgot. I hope you all have a wonderful time. I will stop in the way back to see if your still there but no worries if you aren't. The Coffee Shop can get very busy on a Saturday so you might want to book a table (3806 1313) if you have a few. Let them know that your associated with me (Jaime).

I haven't heard how Lib is. I got the PM she sent but haven't had a reply. I hope she is ok - worried about how she is going.

Thanks Lib. Emailed my surgeon and he said to lay off the TF for a couple of days. So I think dry crackers & toast with plenty of hydralite for the next couple of days.

Michelle, give your surgeon a call and ask, my surgeon wasn't too forceful on the pre op diet. Its not like you are an overlyhuge person, so I wonder wether its less likely you'd have a fatty liver than someone much heavier than you? I hope that came out right

Just remember that everytime you eat something you shouldn't your body needs to start getting into keytosis again, and the headaches and stuff start over. Hang in there, its only 10 days. Get some hydralite iceblocks and keep up your water intake.

Oh god I am day 5 into Optifast (but I'm doing Tony Ferguson) and have contracted a viral infection - vomitting & diarahhea (i've splet that wrong I know). Have had to stop the Tony Ferguson and only today managed to eat half a dry bread roll. I hope this isn't going to affect my surgery date on 1 February. Hopefully by tomorrow or Sunday I should be ok to get back on the TF diet. Has this happened to anyone? Good news is that in 5 days I lost 4.3kgs. OOOOHHHH but what a way to lose that weight.
Belle, sorry I haven't replied with the details of natural remedies but we have been on holidays and only returned this Wednesday, then I got the virus, bla bla bla. Now I have put these remesdies in a safe place (so safe I can now not find them). When I get my strenghth back I'll find them and email you. How are you going on Optifast?

Yes it was lovely catching up with everyone. The ladies who have already been sleeved are a great inspiration to us. I know what you mean about dreaming about being slim again, it was so long ago lol...but this time next year we will be well on the way or even 6 months.... Only 21 more sleeps now... woohoo...oh how scary and exciting at the same time.

Yes it was a great morning - I didn't want to go home as I knew the washing, cleaning, ironing etc would still be waiting for me. Fabulous nursery but the really special thing about it was meeting such lovely ladies who were open and honest. I couldn't sleep last night thinking about being lovely and slender again. Just seeing the fantastic weight loss you ladies had and are still achieving was really inspirational to me. Well only 22 more sleeps until my procedure is being done and am even more determined than before. If anyone ever wants to meet for a coffee and chat I am mostly available on the weekends. Once again thank you for being so inspiring.

Thank you ladies for a lovely morning , I came home and told the kids about the water dragon I'll definately been going back there.

I loved how nice and cool it was I think the fans in the roof make a big difference so Ive asked hubby to ensure we have a fan or two when he builds the second part of our deck .... I can see myself now sitting outside under cover with the fans going and relaxing reading a book and sipping a cocktail ...lol maybe not the cocktail

Thank you everyone, was nice to see everyone in a 'social' setting, and can I say OMG, that nursery..... I could spend hours and dollars there easily! I would love a place like that!! Special mention for the aquarium, I have never ever seen anything like it, what a massive variety!

Will be back there no doubt!
