Libby I would love to meet up for walks - I've really got into it lately.
Weekends are great for me, although I do work every second Saturday morning until 12:45.
I work at west lakes and live at Prospect, and am happy to meet anywhere - the longer the better - I did 10km on Sunday.

I didn't really get to chat to you at the last lunch - looking forward to the opportunity.

Great idea Libby for those of you that are close to each other to get together for exercise on a regular basis but I prefer the occasional lunch so that we can have a good old natter and catch up on what's happening with each other.

Great idea Libby..with the nicer weather and all it would be fun. I'd probably only be in for weekends as well.

Hello Adelaide ladies,

I was reading another post and had a bit of an idea. Instead of meeting up for a feed how about we meet up regularly with our sneakers and go for a walk. A lady I work with goes walking once a month on a different walking trail each time.

Would anyone else be interested in doing this. As I work week days I personally could only do it on a weekend but that shouldn't stop others from organising week day walks.

Its more exciting than a treadmill.

Linda...we don't want to go getting 'big heads' or anything but yeh we're pretty cool. No doubt all of the other get togethers are just as rowdy as ours!

Got the menu from the cafe and left it at work so will bring it home tomorrow so that you can check it out.
However he is such a nice bloke that he has said that if we would prefer to have soft food like scrambled eggs and stuff he will just make it and put it in the warmer and we can help ourselves. Whichever people prefer. Me I am gonna have what I was desperate to eat at the last one. Eggs Benedict, mind you probably only get in the egg and a little of the other but WHO CARES

Oh I just found the post with the time & place...sorry a bit brain dead tonight. A full day of delivering training and my brain goes to mush!
