When I made my ticker I saved the link to my Favorites so I just click on the link in my favorites.

My ticker doesn't open.

When I hover over it, I don't get the little hand to be able to open it. I have changed a couple of times before with no problems. Does anyone know why this has happened??

Double click on the actual ticker at the bottom of your message, this should then link you through to TheTickerFactory. You will need to enter your pin number in then click on the edit button and then you should be able to edit it.

sorry, i'm double clicking on everything in, on and around the ticker and nothing seems to be happening... obviously double clicking in the wrong spot I'd say

Just double click on the ticker and it takes you to the ticker site. Enter your password and put your new weight in.
