Hi Peazles,

you will find that the emails will be coming in relation to a select few "topics" on the site.
Try going to the topic you are getting emails on and scroll to the bottom of the page. If there is a link at the bottom which says "Stop watching this topic" click on it, this is usually sending you emails everytime someone replies to the topic.

Thanks, I've tried what Janey suggested. If it isn't working properly and keeps doing it, no biggy, I can just delete 'em.

Mine is a bit the other way round. I ticked "yes" to receive emails but sometime I get them sometimes not. More often not. Maybe it's not working properly.

Just an idea here..may or may not work. Untick the box and save and then go in again and tick it and save..worth a shot.

Always notify me of replies :
Sends an e-mail when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you post

I've already set my preferences to not get emails, but I'm still getting them for some reason?

Hiya Peazles :)

If you go into Profile in the Tab menu up the top and then into preferences you can play around with settings in there...cant remember exactly which one it is but its in that section

Hi all

I keep getting emails sent to me whenever someone writes a reply in a thread I've written in. I have unchecked the appropriate box in my preferences, but I'm still getting the emails. Any suggestions?
