Hi Ladies...

I have 400g Ensure Complete, Balanced Nutrition - Hospital Formula - I have used probably 1/3 of it. It is one of the nutritional supplement drink, that you have to drink when you are in liquid stage so you have more energy. I don't need to drink it anymore as I am already starting mushy food...
I don't feel like throwing it away... if anyone is interested please pm me.. :)
