Welcome and congrats on the upcoming surgery.

Hang in there with the opti, shrink that liver as much as you can before surgery, it isn't just about the weight loss.
You are so gonna love it on the other side, one of the most written lines on here is.
I love my sleeve LOL

Hey guys I am so happy to have found this forum so that I am able to read other peoples journeys. I have my surgery date set for the 25th of march for the sleeve and I am currently on day 5 of optifast and so far its 4kilograms lost so that is great..

I look forward to getting to know some of you.
