I've had a bit of a look around in here to see if the answer to my question is here, but I can't find reference to it.

I'm wondering if others have had issues with irregular periods after surgery. I'm exactly 3 months out (12 weeks today) and I'm kinda all over the shop.

Before surgery I was pretty much a 28 - 29 day cycle girl. I have endometriosis so it's kinda necessary for me to be well prepared for the arrival of the red baron. Since surgery my period has still been pretty regular, ...

Hi Ya'll

these are for my fellow women, on the "other side" or who just know I suppose... Lol

Anyway, so these questions have been floating around in my head....

1: When you are laying on the table, are your/our breasts exposed? If yes, crap! If no, how are they covered?

2: how / what position are you in while your surgeon does the surgery on you? Have heard conflicting positions so would like to know.

Think that's all for now...

Thanks in advance guys

I was just wondering how your boobs are coping with the weight loss?. I am a 20I & are still mainly firm even after breastfeeding 3 babies. I have been thinking will I need a breast reduction & lift after all of the loss aswell as a tummy tuck. I had already seen some-one years ago for my tummy so I know that needing to be done it's a no brainer.

I've been told I can't take neurofen any longer so what can we actually take for period pain and sever cramps after surgery? I was readmitted to hospital on pethadine shots my first period after surgery - i didn't realize most of the pain was period related until bam... that time of month again and agony.... this seems ridiculous... what can we take that still allows us to function normally in daily life the way neurofen did? The tranquliser suggested by the male doctor seems absurd to me ...

Hi Ladies,

I have a tmi question for those who have lost a lot of weight. Has your period changed in anyway?

The reason I ask is that my Gyno told me the reason my period was so heavy was because of my size and the best thing to do was to loose weight, since then I have gotten bigger and its gotten worse, so I am wondering if anyone has noticed if it changes as you lose weight.

Thanks for your help

Hey Gals and Guys..

Just wondering if anyone knows about the success of ovulation with Metformin for someone who has suffered infertility due to PCOS? I fell pregnant last year on clomid, but lost it at about 7 weeks...

Now the doc has put me on Metformin and I am wondering if there is more chance I could ovulate...? I am hoping that I wont have to go for further fertiltiy treatment when I weigh alot less, but at the same time, I am only 11 weeks since being sleeved, so getting pregnant ...

I got this idea after reading Rice Cake's posts today and her current love fixation. LOL.

For those who have reached goal and those who are working toward it, once we're lean, mean fightin' machines who would we want to date? (In a fantasy world of course so all we married women and men can play too.) Just a fun question to get to know everyone better and have a few laughs.

For me it's currently Jensen Ackles (from Supernatural), OMG yum, yum and even Jared Padalecki, also from Supernatural. ...

Does anyone know a place to get board shorts that don't look ridiculous on people with a big tum and short legs. It was so hot the other day I just wanted to cool off in the ocean, I don't care if I have to wear mens ...
