Whenever I eat anything I get this blockage type feeling in my throat, and a pain in my back. Does anyone else get anything like this? I can't eat much cause it makes me feel a bit sick. I am also feeling hungry, I thought that wasn't supposed to happen? Maybe I am eating too solid things? I have been eating spag bol, and haven't been blending anything I eat, just chewing it well. Am I pushing it? I can't get much in cause I feel too ... Today I came home to find a letter from the superannuation people saying that my surgery has been approved with the early release of funds.

Yes, I realise that there is not as much blubber for insulation, but some days I just can't manage to get warm.
I am also suffering with very cold hands and feet, a by-product, I am sure, of bad circulation.
Am I alone with this problem?
