So far, I have lost 26 pounds. I have not lost any weight in the past week. As a matter of fact, I gained a pound. This is unbelieveable since I am consuming between 400-600 calories a day. I am also getting about 30 minutes of exercise daily. Any idea what's going on? Just wondering from those that have been sleeved.... what foods they stocked up on for there post op period.... I believe that you can't drive for 7 days... so thought I should find out what I need in the fridge and cupboard.
