I'm home!!!

got home this morning,and i feel pretty ok....just taking panadole for pain releif and taking it easy,

i gotta say the two worst parts for me where having a tube down my throat and in my nose and today when they pulled the drain out of my stomach it took about 6 goes before they got it out and bits of skin were starting to grow around it and they had to edge it out....i have to say after giving birth to 4 kids it was worse than all the births LOL

stayed in for 5 nights and was so thankful when i was able to have a drink after they did the swallow test,i hadn't had a drink for 3 days and was SO thirsty...:)

after they took the nassel tube out everything was looking up and now i'm just glad to be home to my own bed and family :)

at first i must admit after the operation was 'what the hell did i do this to myself for ?'
but now that everything is getting better i am a happy girl :)

I started optifast much earlier than i am meant to,because i'm wanting to get as much weight off before the surgery as i can!

i started optifast 21st april at 119kg
today i'm 108kg
4 weeks and 5 days to go till my big day....
