Hi Rowena, congrats on getting the funds approval. It won't be long now. Yes it's fine to have salad veges instead, no probs there. You're doing really well to have been on the shakes for 2 weeks already, keep up the good work.

I have been on the tony ferguson shakes for almost 2 weeks now. Gee its hard work to stay on it.

I have been supplimenting the steamed veges with salad (i hope that is ok)

I have my 1st appointment with the dietician next week, then the excercise person the week after.

Ahhhhh I am scared.

Today I came home to find a letter from the superannuation people saying that my surgery has been approved with the early release of funds.

Yay it all seems so real now
